Absolutely. Our therapists welcome your preferences for pressure and technique at the start of treatment. They'll check in regularly and adjust accordingly. Mention any areas to focus on or avoid, and we'll tailor the scrub, massage, facial, and foot/back service to suit you.
Wear comfortable clothing and leave valuables at home. We'll provide robes, slippers, and secure storage. If you have favorite lotions or medical devices, inform us. Bring a photo ID and arrive relaxed; towels, beverages, and light treats are included during your Zen room time.
